Sale of Services

• Subscription-based daily email service delivering grounding messages and personalized goal and milestone tracking, including AI-generated goal suggestions.

Paid services are billed on a recurring subscription basis, as described in the Subscriptions section below. Free-tier services are made available at no cost, subject to the limits described on our Site.

All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images, as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all services we provide. You agree to purchase services from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Subscriptions

Your paid subscription automatically renews, and you will be automatically billed each billing period until we receive notification that you want to cancel.

You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support at dev@mailyreminder.app. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period, and no refunds are issued for the remaining time.

Payments

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

Credits

Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify, revoke, or expire credits at any time, including credits earned through referrals.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maily Reminder and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site.
